Video - The Alchemist Feat. Larry June & Jay Worthy - Midnight Oil

Fresh off the release of his Flying High EP, The Alchemist teams up with Larry June and Jay Worthy for the music video of their collaborative track, "Midnight Oil." Directed by NewHigh Filmz, the video showcases The Alchemist in his studio, where he showcases his lyrical skills while surrounded by smoke. He raps, "Chasing the paper like it was running from me / I'm in the spot counting hundreds until my thumbs is bloody." Larry June joins the scene as he reflects on his past experiences, reminiscing about his early days cruising down the street. He spits, "Got my feet wet when I was seventeen / First time cruising down the blade was like a movie scene." Jay Worthy takes the mic next, delivering his smooth and charismatic verse. He compares himself to a reverend, flaunting his wealth as he raps, "Church, like I'm the heavenly one / Counting hundreds in a two piece with a top hat like I'm Reverend Run." The video also features a cameo appearance by Big Sean, adding to the camaraderie and fun atmosphere. "Midnight Oil" serves as the final track on The Alchemist's 4-track EP, Flying High, which also includes collaborations with Boldy James, Earl Sweatshirt, Billy Woods, T.F., MIKE, and Sideshow.
