The song features T-Pain rapping about enjoying the circus-like atmosphere, with a bike crew, clown-dressed nurses twerking, and a cameo by AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys. The production is handled by T-Pain himself. This release follows T-Pain’s March project, "On Top Of The Covers," which features him covering classic hits.
